Issue No. 30 -April / May 2012

Dear members and friends,

As the second quarter of the year nears its end, we have many things to look back on and many to look forward to. JTB is organizing its first international conference, in cooperation with the UNWTO and under the patronage of HM King Abdullah II on Seizing Tourism Opportunities in Times of Rapid Change.

Not only that, the General Assembly elected a technical committee to represent the tourism sector to ensure more involvement, and to engage the sector for feedback and more cooperation opportunities.

We’ve also raised our social media profile and are working on a number of great projects for this year, to surpass our great success last year.

I hope you enjoy the contents of this newsletter, and stay tuned in the upcoming months for more exciting reveals from JTB.

All the best,
Dr. Abed Al Razzaq I. Arabiyyat
Managing Director
