Print Advertising:
  • ARCHERO magazine: Ad, 65.000 circulation. Focus on history & culture segment, promotional campaign dedicated to Petra 2012 and historical sites in Jordan on one of the best historical Italian magazine
   
Press trips:
  • Wellness-focused press trip: Sept. 19-23: 5 journalists will discover the great potential and the quality of the Jordan wellness product and services.
   
Events:
  • Jordan presentation in Modena: To present Jordan to trade operators and final consumers in one of the most important square of Modena, in collaboration with Auratours TO and Euzone TA. JTB Italy, in collaboration with Auratours tour operator and Euzone travel agent of Modena will organise an event dedicated to Jordan in Modena, with video, speech, brochure and gadget distribution to promote the Hashemita Kingdom and encourage new departures in fall 2012.
  • WTE exhibition in Assisi: to promote Jordan during he unique UNESCO heritages fair. JTB participation at third edition of WTE, the exhibition dedicated to Unesco sites that it will be held in Assisi, on September 21-23, 2012 This year JTB will also have a seminars with trade operators and consumer to present Jordan with audiovideo support, infomaterial and direct illustration by JTB Italy.
   
Co-op marketing activities:
  • Co-partnership with Best Tours/Kuoni: to meet face to face the local top travel agencies with one of the leading TOs on the destination and have a global presentation of Jordan with direct approach. First appointment of the five business lunches dedicated to Jordan organised in partnership with the leading TO Best Tours for the top travel agencies based in this area. The event will be concentrated in a wide presentation of Jordan by JTB and Jordan tours by Best Tours/Kuoni. Fundamental will be to inform the TAs that Jordan is different compared to the other ME countries, safe and quiet.
   
Outdoor campaigns:
  • Turin, shopping mall promotion: one week of promotion of Jordan in one of the biggest shopping malls of North Italy. A big pop up panel, a desk with an hostess and a fortune wheel to promote Jordan, distribute gadgets and information about the destination.
