  • Je pars: ½ page ad - we will place our ½ page Jordan image ad into this popular French Swiss travel magazine in order to show our presence and create awareness amongst readers/consumers. Circulation: 40.000 copies.
  • Migros Magazin: 1/8 page coop ad with special Jordan travel offer - in cooperation with Swiss TO Bischofberger Info Reisen we will place a special Jordan travel offer into this popular consumer newspaper which specializes in all kind of offers for the end consumers including travel offers. This magazine is read by over 2 million people! Circulation: 1,5 million copies.
  • Coop Zeitung: 1/8 page coop ad with special Jordan travel offer - in cooperation with Swiss TO Bischofberger Info Reisen we will place a special Jordan travel offer into this popular consumer newspaper which specializes in all kind of offers for the end consumers including travel offers. This magazine is read by 2.5 million people! Circulation: 1,7 million copies.
   

Exhibitions and events:
  • TTW trade show in Zurich on October 17-18: TTW is the biggest travel trade show in Switzerland and attracts all the representatives of the Swiss travel trade. JTB will be present with a booth at the stand of Corps Touristique Switzerland. This platform is excellent to get into direct contact with the travel agents and to show presence of Jordan on the Swiss market.
  • Petra exhibition in Basel on October 19-21: HRH princess Somayya will open the exhibition together with 700 invitees. The Antikenmuseum in Basel is organizing this “Petra exhibition” from October 2012 – March 2013 with the support of Jordan’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. The exhibition will surely draw a lot of attention to Jordan and we want to use this attention and awareness to further promote Jordan on the Swiss market.
  • Envol Afrique-Orient workshop in Geneva on November 27th: JTB will participate in this annual workshop in the French part of Switzerland with our own desk shared with Moevenpick Hotels & resorts. We will be able to display our brochures and inform and update the travel agents about Jordan. Because of the direct contact we will also be able to answer all their questions and to establish new contacts.
   

Press trips:
  • Daily and weekly newspaper writers: Visiting Jordan November 14-18: This press trip will focus on the 200th anniversary of Petra and the big Petra exhibition in Basel in order to generate positive and extensive press coverage about Jordan. The total circulation of the invited media is around 800’000 copies
   

SEO:
  • In co-op with TO Amin Travel we want to optimize the position of Jordan on the Google search engine machine in order that consumers will find Jordan already on the first three entries
   

Jordan window display campaign with various travel agencies in Switzerland: specially decorated windows will create awareness of Jordan and attract customers. In coop with TO Let’s Go Tours we are decorating the windows of selected travel agencies with Jordan images and travel offers.
