Press trips:
  • Intimita: Weekly magazine. Writers taking classic tour of Jordan; writing a 2 page report. Circulation: 764.000 per week.
  • 99 Things to Do in Amman: 7 bloggers and writers will take an Amman-focused trip to experience the 99 Things to Do in Amman list. These include cooking blogs, travel blogs, and travel magazine writers.
   

Jordan Presentation:
  • Milan: JTB Italy, in collaboration with King Holidays TO will organise one Jordan presentation in Milan, with video, speech, brochure and gadget distribution to promote the Hashemite Kingdom and encourage new groups in 2013 from this segment. The purpose is to present Jordan to CRAL’s (worker associations) and cultural association located in Milan and in Northern Italy, in collaboration with TO King Holidays.
  • Kuoni Store in Genova: Jordan presentation to final consumer at Kuoni Store in Genova in collaboration with Kuoni Best Tours. Jordan show with video, PP presentation, speech, open discussion with the public, distribution of infomaterial. Dinner offered by Kuoni. To present Jordan to Kuoni’s final consumer. Action included in the partnership with Kuoni-Best Tours. It is of primary importance to meet the final consumer and tell them how Jordan is full of attractions, safe and quiet with a direct approach.
   

Business lunches:
  • Brescia and Pavia: Co-partnership with Best Tours/Kuoni on December 6th and 17th, to meet face to face the local top travel agencies with one of the leading TOs on the destination and have a global presentation of Jordan with direct approach. The first appointment of the five business lunches dedicated to Jordan organised in partnership with the leading TO Best Tours for the top travel agencies based in this area. The event will be concentrated in a wide presentation of Jordan by JTB and Jordan tours by Best Tours/Kuoni. Fundamental will be to inform the TAs that Jordan is different compared to the other ME countries, safe and quiet.
   

Jordan Monograph:
  • co-partnership with the TO Karisma Travel for the printing and distribution of a Jordan monograph brochure to promote Jordan only on a brochure dedicated to ME destination. The brochures will be distributed to 3000 travel agencies all around Italy, with programs for all segments (leisure, culture, wellness, outdoor), pictures, ideas and information on travelling in the Hashemite Kingdom.
