Radio Advertising:
  • June, Jordan will be advertised on this popular Swiss radio station “Radio 1” which is broadcasting in and around the capital city of Zurich. We will have a total of 28 spots during a period of 2 weeks, at 20 seconds each. Circulation is 132,300 daily listeners.

  • FAM Trip: JTB organized a trip for potential tour operators who are not yet working with Jordan, but are interested in taking this destination into their program. The trip will run from 29th May – 3rd June and will show TOs the diverse tourism product that Jordan has to offer, as well as organize a workshop with local agencies.
  • Online coop marketing activity: June and July, Google Adwords search engine optimization to place Jordan into the top 3 entries on the search engine machine. In cooperation with TO Amin Travel, we want to optimize the position of Jordan on the Google search engine machine in order that consumers will find travel offer to Jordan of this particular TO already amongst the first three entries.
  • Jordan window display campaign: During June and July, in cooperation with TO Let’s Go Tours we are decorating the windows of selected travel agencies with Jordan images and travel offers. This will create awareness and demand amongst consumers and help in pushing sales to Jordan.
  • Newsletter: During June and July, JTB will send out an Email newsletter to around 2,000 travel agents with an update of Jordan informing about new projects, developments, festivals and events during the coming months. This will update and inform the travel trade about news in Jordan.
  • Sales trip: During July, JTB will go on a sales trip to Switzerland to arrange meetings with major TOs and encourage them to enhance their marketing activities for Jordan in order to increase the visitor numbers. This trip will update and inform the travel trade about news in Jordan.
