Print Advertising:
  •  Coop ad with special Jordan travel offer in publication called “Je pars”, published on the 1st of November. Circulating with 40,000 copies. This is a half page ad, in cooperation with Swiss TO Tradewings we will place a special Jordan travel offer into this popular French Swiss magazine. Distribution of this magazine includes Geneva airport.
  • Coop ad with special Jordan travel offer. Sonntagszeitung and Zuerichsee Zeitung. 15 and 18 September. Both newspapers have 800.00 readers. Small print ads (60x55mm). In order to push sales to Jordan and in cooperation with Swiss TO Holiday Maker Tours, we will place small ads with Jordan travel offers into popular Sunday newspaper “Sonntagszeitung” and regional “Zureichsee Zeitung”.

  • Coop ad with special Jordan travel offer in Art and Reise on 20th of September. Circulation: 25.000 copies. This ad will be half a page. In cooperation with Swiss TO Let’s Go Tours we will place a special Jordan travel offer into Swiss travel- and lifestyle magazine Art & Reise. In this issue there will be a feature about Arabia and therefore our Jordan ad will be in the perfect surrounding.
  • Coop ad with special Jordan travel offer in Image publication. 1st of September. Circulation: 20.000 copies. This ad will be 1 full page. In cooperation with Swiss TO Bischofberger Info Reisen we will place a special Jordan travel offer into the luxury lifestyle magazine Imagine. In addition we will receive a 7-page PR report about Jordan.

Exhibition and participation in events
 
  • Tourism Exchange, trade road show in Berne and Luzern on the 28th and 29th of October. This is an important event so that we are able to show the presence of Jordan to the Swiss travel trade. There will be around 100 travel agents attending. This trade show is aiming at the smaller cities of Switzerland, like Berne and Luzern where there is also a huge potential of travelers. JTB will take part to educate and inform the travel agents about Jordan and its diverse tourism product.
  • TTW: Lausanne, 18-19 September 2013. This is an important trade show on the French Swiss market. 80 exhibitors and around 200 travel agents. TTW s a major trade show in Switzerland and attracts all the representatives of the swiss travel trade. JTB will be present in a booth shared with RJ. This platform is excellent to get into direct contact with the travel agents and to show presence of Jordan on the Swiss market.
  • Winter destinations road show, Geneva, Lausanne, Basel and Zurich. 9-12 September. well established trade road show covering 4 major cities in Switzerland. around 300 travel agents (in French and German speaking part). This trade road show is the biggest trade road show in Switzerland covering 4 major cities and attracting around 300 travel agents. JTB will take part to educate and inform the agents about Jordan and its diverse tourism product.
Press trips:
 
  • Travel writers and bloggers publishing in the French part of Switzerland in newspapers, magazines and online on the 27th of November – 2nd of December. The total circulation of the invited media is around 500,000 copies. Travel reports about Jordan will be published in print media and online. The priority of this trip is on the safety in Jordan as well as on the diversity of the destination which can be travelled to the whole year. 
Other

  • Online coop marketing activity with TO Amin Travel aiming to optimize the position of Jordan on the google search engine machine in order for consumers to find travel offers about Jordan, particularly from this TO. This is already part of the first three entries on the google engine between October and November.
  • In coop with TO Let’s go Tours, we are decorating the windows of selected travel agencies with Jordan images and travel offers. This will create awareness and demand amongst consumers and help in pushing sales to Jordan. This is during Oct/Nov 2013.
  • Jordan folder. Coop marketing activity in the French part of Switzerland during August/September 2013. This is important in order to create awareness and increase sales for Jordan. In coop with TO Tradewings we will create an exclusive 10-page Jordan foler with several Jordan travel offers, packages and hotel stays. The folder will be printed in 5.000 copies and distributed to all travel agencies in the French Swiss region as well as at consumer and tradeshows.
  • Jordan window display campaign. Coop marketing activity in various travel agencies in Switzerland during August and September. This is important to specially decorated windows will create awareness of Jordan and attract customers. In coop with TO Let’s Go Tours we are decorating the windows of selected travel agencies with Jordan images and travel offers. This will create awareness and demand amongst consumers and help in pushing sales to Jordan.
  • Google Adwords search engine optimization. Online coop marketing activity. During August and September, in coop with TO Admin Travel we want to optimize the position of Jordan on the Google search enging machine in order that consumers will find travel offer to Jordan of this particular TO already on the first three entries. This is important to place Jordan into the top 3 entries on the search engine machine.
